The Petitioner No.1 is the father and Petitioner No.2 is his son. The son's school leaving certificate is placed on record, which has a mention that his caste is 'Boudh', which falls in the S.C. category.

In view of the above and considering paragraph 9 of the order of this Court dated 24.06.2024, delivered in Civil Application No.15434 of 2023 in Writ Petition No.3950 of 2023,

(( 2 )) 912-WP-13029-2023 the third Respondent will have to consider the proposals of these Petitioners for compassionate appointment, on their own merits. 3.

The learned Advocate representing the Corporation submits that the proposals would be scrutinized and would be considered within a reasonable period of time. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to the Corporation to consider their claims/proposals for compassionate appointment in the light of the above referred order dated 24.06.2024, delivered in Civil Application No.15434 of 2023, within a period of 60 days.
