1) Heard. In these petitions, the petitioners have taken exception to letter dated 19th June, 2015, addressed by Block Education Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Kalamnuri to the Head Master, Kendriya Primary School, Kandli.

2) The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners fairly concedes that the petitioners have not received any individual notices. In that view of the matter, in our opinion, the petitions are premature. Therefore, as and when the petitioners receive individual notices, it would be open for them

to assail such notices, if they desire to do so. We make it clear that without issuing notices to the petitioners and similarly situated Assistant Teachers, the respondents shall not effect recovery of the amount.

3) With these directions, the petitions are disposed of.
