The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Headmaster in a school run by respondent no.2. Because of ailment, it is difficult for the petitioner to discharge the duties of Headmaster. The petitioner has sought reversion to the post of Assistant Teacher and filed application on 15.02.2019, however, the same is not considered. 2.

The learned A.G.P. appears for respondent no.1.

In case, application is filed by the petitioner for reversion (Exhibit-D, Page No.20) dated 15.02.2019, then respondent no.2 shall take

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
