An efficacious statutory remedy u/s 3G(5) is available to the Petitioner to raise a ground as regards the foundation as well as the legality of quantifying the compensation to be paid to the Petitioners. 4.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits on instructions that the Petitioners would approach the Authority and seeks leave to withdraw the Petitions.
