Mr. Rudrawar the learned counsel submits that, the Respondent No. 3 Head Master has forwarded proposal to the Respondent No. 2 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher in December, 2012, however no decision has been taken on it as yet.

The learned A. G. P. states that, in case the said proposal is pending then, the Education Officer would decide the same on its own merits.

In light of that, we pass the following order - In case the proposal is forwarded by the Respondent No. 3 seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner with Respondent No. 2 and if the same is pending with the Respondent No. 2 then, the Respondent No. 2 shall decide the said proposal on its own merits in accordance with law and policy expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
