PER COURT:- 1.

The proposal for validation of tribe claim of the petitioner is not yet accepted. According to the petitioner it is not accepted on the ground that the tribe certificate is not in proper 'Form C'.

We have heard Mr. Phatale, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr. Kagne, learned A.G.P.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that the certificate appears to be in proper 'Form C'. However, the application was filled in online and the tribe claim could not be noticed. The petitioner may submit the proposal manually in physical format.

In light of the above, the respondent shall not refuse to accept the proposal of the petitioner on the ground that the tribe certificate is not in proper form. It shall consider the tribe certificate of the petitioner (Exhibit A, Page No.8) in proper form.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
