Learned counsel for Applicant submits that Writ Petition was dismissed for non-removal of office objections and on that stage no notice was issued to the Respondent. He, therefore, seeks dispensation of notice to Respondent. Since the notice of the Petition was not issued to the Respondent, notice of this Application stands dispensed with.

Application and the reasons mentioned therein indicate that delay caused in preferring the Application is satisfactorily explained.
