On 25.07.2014 this court (Coram: T.V. Nalawade, J.). had passed the order issuing notices to the respondents. However, till date the learned counsel for the appellant/applicant has not supplied the copy of the application so that the notices could have been issued to the respective respondents.

In view of the fact that, the appellant/applicant has not taken steps to serve the respondent no.1, though, the period of more than two years has elapsed, the application stands rejected against respondent no.1. Perusal of the application reveals that no relief is sought against respondent nos. 2 and 3, and respondent no.1 is the only contesting respondent. As such, since the application for condonaton of delay stands rejected against respondent no.1, the appeal on stamp number also stands dismissed.
