The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that the petitioner is pressing prayer clause 'B' alone which reads as under :- B) By way of appropriate writ order or direction in the like nature, this Hon'ble High Court may kindly direct the respondent authorities to decide the representations/applications dated 06/07/2019 and 23/06/2022 made by the petitioner seeking request transfer in Yawal Taluka in any of the School appreciating the vacancies available in Yawal Taluka.

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that the latest representation dated 23rd June, 2022, would be considered in accordance with the rules and the policies in the ensuing General Transfer, 2022, within three weeks.
