ORDER:- 1.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicants.

The applicants are seeking recalling of order dated 17.06.2016 whereby registration of their Second Appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections. Though the application appears to be filed immediately in the year 2015, but the record shows that the applicants did not even care to take circulation immediately. Now 9 years have passed and this can be viewed as highest negligence on the part of the applicants.

In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to removal of all the office objections within four weeks and to deposit cost of Rs.15,000/-

(2) 23 CA-11766.2015.odt (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) to be deposited with Registry of this court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
