Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The award was passed in 1964. The petitioner has a case that the compensation amount was not paid to him. However the letter from the office of the Public Information Officer cum Registrar District Court, Parbhani dated 23.09.2021 reveals that the compensation amount was paid on 26.08.1964. It is a concrete evidence based upon the record maintained by the District Court. It is the duty of the petitioner to find out whom the payment has been made but instead of going to the District Court to verify the fact he is questioning before the Court whom that amount is paid ?

Prima facie evidence is available showing that the amount of compensation has been paid long back. We do not find substance in the petition. Hence, the petition stands dismissed. [ SHAILESH P. BRAHME, J.] [ S. G. MEHARE, J.] NAJEEB..
