The petitioners who are the employees of a private school have been seeking a declaration that their services would be governed by the old pension scheme since they were appointed prior to 01.11.2005. 3.

The learned advocate for the petitioners, on instructions and in view of the decision of the full bench in the matter of Deshmukh Dilipkumar Bhagavn and others Vs. State of Maharashtra and others; 2019(3) Mh.L.J. 903, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition keeping open the issue regarding entitlement of the school to get 100% grants. 4.
