1] The present Civil Application is filed to set aside the order dated 23.09.2024 passed by Registrar [Judicial] by condoning delay of 231 days in filing the present Civil Application.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to non-removal of office objections, the Writ Petition was dismissed for non-prosecution by the Registrar [Judicial] by order dated 23.09.2024. The learned counsel further submits that due to oversight, the applicant failed to notice the matter and thus failed to remove office objections within stipulated period. The learned counsel further submits that there is delay of 231 days in filing the present application and the same is not intentional on the part of the applicant.

6817.25CA 3] For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay of 231 days is condoned. The order dated 23.09.2024 passed by Registrar [Judicial] is set aside to the extent of the present applicant and the matter is restored to it's original position. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
