The order dated 10.06.2024 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Society, Nashik in Revision Application No.64/2024 is subject matter of challenge in this Writ Petition. 2.

Mr. Dighe, learned Advocate appearing for respondent nos.2 and 3 placed on record the final order passed in proceedings under Section 73(c) (a) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 r/w Rule 66 of the Election Rules 2014.
