This application has been jointly moved by the claimants whereunder the request has been made that the amount allowed to be withdrawn under order dated 14-02-2020 as referred to in paragraph no. 3, be separated in respect of parents of deceased. The claimants under said order are allowed to withdraw the sum of Rs.50,00,000/- @ Rs.10,00,000/- to each of the applicants. 2.

As the claimants inter se have decided to have distribution as aforesaid, we consider it appropriate to modify the order and out of Rs. 50,00,000/- (Rs. Fifty Lakh) allowed to be withdrawn under aforesaid order, Rs.10,00,000/- (Rs. Ten Lakh),

2 CA / 7982 / 2021 each, be allowed to be withdrawn by applicants no. 2 and 3. An amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rs. Ten Lakh) may be withdrawn by applicant no. 1 and amounts of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rs. Ten Lakh) each be withdrawn by applicant no. 1 in the name of minor children and be invested in fixed deposits of nationalized bank, earning interest as per said order, if already have not been withdrawn. The interest earned on the deposit of the minors may be withdrawn by guardian mother - applicant no. 1 for their welfare. Balance of the amount remaining in this Court, as referred to in the order shall be invested in a fixed deposit receipt of a nationalized bank earning interest. 3.
