It appears that the petitioner has been attending the concerned police station every day as has been directed. The Jail Officer is present in person before the Court. Nothing adverse is being reported against the petitioner. Therefore, in continuation of order dated 03.07.2023, the petitioner is granted furlough for further 18 days. Once the period of 28 days of furlough is over with effect from the date of his release from the prison, he shall surrender back to the jail. Rest of the terms and conditions of the order dated 03.07.2023 to stand unaltered.
