Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent/s-State.

The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.465 of 2023, registered with Mukundwadi Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 419, 464, 465, 466, 468, 471, 489-A, 489-B, 489-C, 489-D, 489-E, 120-B read with Section 34 of the IPC. 3.

The applicant has a case that similarly situated coaccused has been granted bail. However, this Court in order dated 06.05.2024 passed in Bail Application No.456 of 2024 inadvertently observed that the present applicant is the main

accused. The co-accused who has granted bail was also residing in the same premise from where the so called material used to manufacture the fake currency was recovered. The other co-accused have also the antecedents like the applicant. The only evidence against the applicant is that he found possessing few fake currency notes. He may be granted parity. 4.

Learned APP has tried his level best to convince the Court that the applicant is the main accused. However, he could not succeed.

Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail. Therefore, the applicant deserves parity. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant AMBADAS RAMBHAU SASANE @ ARUN BHASKAR WAGH @ MAJOR be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of like amount, on the following conditions :

(a) He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) He shall not leave the place of his residence i.e. village Shahar Takli, Taluka Shevgaon, District Ahmednagar without leave of the Court.

(c) He should furnish his residential address and cell phone number with the Trial Court with an undertaking that he would not change it till the trial is concluded.

(d) He shall not involve in the similar crime.

(e) He shall attend the trial on each and every date.
