This application has been moved for extension of time for deciding the application for interim maintenance. 3.

The Court seized of the matter was directed to decide the application for interim maintenance within time frame of one month from the date of receipt of the Record and Proceedings. According to learned counsel for the applicant, the trial Court received the same on 15.05.2023. The period of one month, thus, would get over on 15th of this month.
