Heard learned counsel for appearing parties. Learned counsel for the applicant -Acquiring Body submits that pursuant to order passed by this Court, the applicant - Acquiring Body has deposited the amount in this Court. He further submits that by continuing stay granted earlier pending the appeals, present civil applications may be disposed of. Learned counsel for respondents-original claimants has no objection for the same.

In view aforesaid submissions, stay granted by this Court under order dated 11th August, 2016 for execution and implementation of the impugned award in the present appeals is hereby made confirmed and absolute till final decision of the appeal. The civil applications stand disposed of accordingly.
