The petitioners were initially given posting orders, however, they are not accommodated only for the reason that vacancies were not available.

Considering the anomalous situation, the Director of Education (Primary) shall consider the vacancies available with the respective Zilla Parishads and shall take decision with regard to the posting of the petitioners at a particular Zilla Parishad on its own merits. The same shall be done expeditiously and preferably within a period of two (02) months from today.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
