The petitioner has put forth prayer Clause 'B' as under :- (B) The respondent no.2 Sub Divisional Officer may kindly be directed to issue Tribe Certificate in proper format i.e. Form-C, as prescribed under Maharashtra Schedule Tribe (Issuance of Certificate and Verification of) Rules 2003 framed under Maharashtra Act No.23 of 2001, as early as possible. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he would tender his original 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe Certificate to respondent No.2 on 10/08/2022.

The learned AGP has appeared on behalf of both the respondents

WP 7215-2022 and submits that if the certificate is tendered on 10/08/2022, respondent No.2 would issue a fresh certificate in 'Form-C', as prescribed under the Maharashtra Scheduled Tribes (Regulation of Issuance and Verifcation of) Certifcate Rules, 2003, on 19/08/2022. 4.

Considering the above statements, the petition is disposed off. 5.

The petitioner would collect the 'Form-C' certificate on 19/08/2022 by reaching the office of respondent No.2, around 03.00 p.m.
