DATE : 13th JANUARY 2016 ORDER:

1) The appeals are filed to challenge the judgments and awards of Land Acquisition References which were pending in the Court of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Dhule. Both the sides are heard.

2) Learned counsel for the respondents has produced copies of two decisions given by this Court, other Hon'ble Judge, in First Appeal No.918 and connected matters dated 13-10-2015 and First Appeal No.1614/1015 with connected matters dated 16-10-2015. These matters had arisen out of the same group and this Court has dismissed the appeals by holding that no error is committed by the Reference Court in ascertaining the market price. It appears that these decisions are not challenged by the acquiring body. In view of these circumstances, this Court holds that nothing can be achieved by admitting the appeals.

3 FA 871 of 2015 3) In the result, the appeals are dismissed. The amount if any deposited by the acquiring body is to be disbursed as per the judgments and awards of the Reference Court. All pending civil applications are disposed of.
