The petitioners have put forth prayer clause B as under :- "B.

By issuing appropriate writ, order, direction the respondent no.3 and 4 may kindly be directed to hold the examination of the Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University by following MCQ pattern only in consonance with the circular dated 27.04.2022 issued by the respondent No.1."

The University has entered an affidavit in reply dated 19.07.2022 setting out in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 that the examinations are already over and there was no specific mandate by the State Government that the examinations should

None of the students, who have appeared for examination, have been arrayed as respondents. 4.
