Respondents no.1 (a) to 1 (d) and 1 (f) have executed relinquishment deed dated 21st April, 2015, in favour of respondent no.1 (e). Pursuant thereto, parties to the appeal have tendered compromise petition, which is verified by the Registrar (Judicial) pursuant in view of the order passed by this Court.

The parties were duly identified before the Registrar (Judicial) by their Counsel and their independent identity was also established from their I.D. proof.

Parties are present before this Court. Respondent no.1 (e) submits that pursuant to the relinquishment deed, he is entitled for share in the property and as such has signed compromise petition. 4.

The parties have agreed before the Court that they have understood the contents of the compromise deed and have admitted the same.

In view thereof, the present Second Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the compromise deed.
