This Court by order dated 04.11.2020 passed in Civil Application No. 6870 of 2020 allowed the applicant - original claimant to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant-acquiring body in this Court. The said amount was 25% of the amount of compensation as per award passed by the Reference Court. The said amount could not be withdrawn by the applicant for some reason. When the applicant approached office of this Court, the office did not allow to withdraw the amount as there is variance in the name of the applicant. The name of the applicant appears as Rajesh Khandu Sonar in Adhar card, whereas in the reference proceeding, his name is shown as Rajendra s/o. Khandu Sonar. The applicant has, therefore, filed this application, stating above difficulty.

The learned Advocate for the applicant has submitted that Rajesh Khandu Sonar is the same person as Rajendra Khandu Sonar i.e. present

( 2 ) ca7295.24 applicant. He has also annexed copy of Adhar card to this application. 03.

Considering that both the names are of the same person, it would be desirable to allow the application by directing the office to allow present applicant to withdraw the amount as Rajendra Khandu Sonar, though in Adhar card, his name appears as Rajesh Khandu Sonar. 05.
