The grievance of the petitioner is that the proposal seeking validity in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner as belonging to Khatik OBC is not being accepted by the Committee inspite of it being in form No.20.

We have heard learned AGP also who submits that, in case, it is submitted in proper form, and alongwith documents, then the authorities would accept the same. In light of the above, we pass following order.

O R D E R

The Respondent No.2 shall accept the proposal seeking validity in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner as belonging to 'Khatik OBC', if same is submitted in proper form and alongwith all necessary documents.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of with aforesaid directions. No costs.
