The petitioner and the respondent are personally present in the court. They admit the contents of compromise terms, which are read over and explained to them in Marathi language by their respective counsel. They are identified by their respective counsel and they admit their signatures on the compromise terms. 2.

So far as clause 2 of compromise terms is concerned, both the parties agree that they will file appropriate petition in the court at Ahmednagar for seeking decree of divorce by mutual consent, within 15 days from today.

In view of above, the contents in the compromise terms stand verified. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of in terms of compromise placed on record. No costs.
