We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.S.G. for the respondents.

It is submitted that the petitioner has alternate remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal. In the light of that, we are not inclined to consider the writ petition on merits. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. The time spent in prosecuting the writ petition be considered. No costs.
