By this application, the applicant has preferred this application for condonation of 7 days delay in filing appeal against the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant respondents no.1 to 3 i.e. claimants. Respondent no.4 though served, absent. 3.

Considering the submissions advanced in the light of caused assigned to condone the delay, I am of the view that sufficient cause has been made out to condone the delay in filing Appeal.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Appeal be registered.
