The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given applications for appointment by nomination on Class - IV post in view of Government Resolution dated 11.03.2016 i.e. as 'Sweeper' on retirement of his father. 2.

If the applications are filed by the petitioner seeking appointment upon retirement of

2 wp 6892.18 his father as 'Sweeper' (Page Nos. 13 & 16), and if the same are pending, then respondent no. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months from today.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
