Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner ought to have been given approval since 2010 instead of 20.10.2012. Representation is also made, however, no action is taken.

The petitioner may make such a representation to the Respondent No.3 - Education Officer. The Education Officer on receipt of such representation from the petitioner shall consider the same and pass orders on it after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months from the date of receipt of representation.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
