The applicants are seeking recalling of order dated 14.03.2024 whereby registration of their Appeal from Order (Stamp) No.3683 of 2024 was refused for non-removal of office objections. The learned Counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks. 3.

In view of the same, the order dated 14.03.2024 stands recalled and the aforesaid Appeal from Order be restored for removal of office objections within two weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.500/- (rupees Five Hundreds only) to be Pooja K.
