1] Mr. Aghav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed representation (Exhibit D) with the respondent No.3 regarding the disparity in the payment of compensation amount. However, no decision is taken on it. We have heard learned AGP for respondent No.3. 2] In case the representation (Exhibit D) is pending with the respondent No.3 then the respondent No.3 shall take decision upon it, on its own merit, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months.
