The learned counsel submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a junior clerk is pending since the year 2016 with Respondent No.2. The same is not yet decided. The learned AGP accepts notice for Respondent Nos.1 and 2. In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as junior clerk (page No.22) is pending with Respondent No.2, then the Respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy expeditiously, preferably within four months.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
