The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has filed an application for permission to sell the land in the year 2016 (page 14). The same is not yet decided. 2.

Mr. Patil, the learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents and submits that, the petitioner was directed to comply with the deficiencies. The petitioner had not submitted the order allotting the land to the petitioner under the Ceiling Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, all these documents are submitted by the petitioner. 4.

In case, application filed by the petitioner (page 14) for

2 wp 555.22 grant of permission to sell is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, on the basis of available documents on record as per the policy and law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
