The learned AGP takes a serious exception to the filing of this Petition, wherein the Petitioner prays that one of the Hon' ble Minister (whose name is not mentioned in the pleadings) should not hear his grievance. However, he does not say as to which other Minister should hear his matter. He has filed representations before the Hon'

The contesting parties to the litigation, who are private individuals, have not been added as Respondents. We, therefore, direct the Petitioner to add them as Respondents on or before 20.12.2023, failing which, this Petition would stand dismissed without reference to this Court. 4.
