It appears that, under the aforesaid revised order the Forest Department has cancelled the condition Nos.1 to 3 imposed, while releasing the vehicles under confiscation under order of this Court.

As such, now the direction of this Court has been complied and there is no grievance of petitioner against the respondent - contemptnor about violating the order of this Court, since the aforesaid conditions are cancelled. 4.
