Learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition so as to file a new application through such persons, who do not have any crimes or offences registered against them in any police station.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The respondent shall note that if any application is filed for seeking a license/permit for opening such a social club, they shall scrupulously scrutinize such applications and shall also consider the antecedents of the applicant before taking a decision, in the interest of justice.
