This is an application for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased appellant no.3 Latabai Vivek Patil, who expired on 29-09-2019.

There is delay of 1930 days in filing present application. There are three legal heirs of appellant no.3, who are shown in para no.2.

Learned APP as well as learned counsel for respondent No.2 have no objection for bringing legal heirs on record. 4.

Considering the reasons disclosed in paragraph no. 5 of application, sufficient cause for delay, the said legal

ORDER

(I) The application stands allowed.

(II) The delay of 1930 days is hereby condoned and abatement, if any, stands set aside.

(III) Legal heirs of deceased appellant no.3 are permitted to be brought on record.
