Learned counsel for the applicant submits that land of the applicants are acquired by the respondents. Applicants have not received compensation till the date. The respondents have deposited amount before this Court. The applicants are poor agriculturist, they need the amount for their day to day business. Hence in similar connected group of matters this Court has permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 100% amount hence requested to pass similar order.

Learned AGP submits that Court may pass appropriate order.

Considering submissions of both the learned counsel as well as this Court (Coram Sunil P. Deshmukh J) has allowed the applicants in connected group of matters to withdraw entire amount deposited before this Court, hence I pass the following order
ORDER
Applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount on furnishing undertaking to the efect that they would deposit the amount within a period of three months in case the appeal is decided against their interest and rest of the 50% amount is allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar ( Judicial).
Civil application is disposed of Leave to delete the name is granted.
