The applicants-original claimants are seeking relief of vacating the interim stay granted vide order dated 3.8.2021 thereby the appellant acquiring body was directed to deposit the entire amount of impugned award within eight weeks. The order reveals that the stay was only upto that period of eight weeks. The stay has not been continued thereafter. As such, there is no need to vacate the interim order which is not in force today. Needless to mention that the claimants are at liberty to execute the impugned award by taking out appropriate proceedings. 2.
