The Applicant by this application prays for condonation of 11 days' delay in filing the application in seeking restoration of Writ Petition No.1632/2012 which was dismissed on account of non removal of office objections.

Shri Malte, learned Advocate along with the learned AGP oppose this application.

For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay of 11 days is condoned.

After all office objections are removed, the order dated 13.04.2015 shall stand recalled and Writ Petition No.1632/2012 shall stand restored to it's original position. After restoration, Writ Petition No.1632/2012 be placed for admission and hearing on 02.02.2016. In the event, office objections are not removed as directed above, this Civil Application shall stand rejected by recalling this order and the order dated 13.04.2015 shall then stand restored. kps (RAVINDRA V.
