It is the case of penetrative sexual assault with a mentally challenged girl of 12 years old. Considering the material against the applicant, the Court expressed disinclination to grant the bail. However, the learned counsel for the applicant requested to direct the Trial Court to complete the trial within six months as he is languishing in jail since May 2019. The request appears just.
