Mr. Patil, the learned Additional Government pleader submits that, the tribe claim of the petitioner has been invalidated on 05th April, 2018.

In view of that, though belatedly the order of this Court is complied with. As such the contempt stands purged. The contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.

The petitioner is at liberty to assail the order of the Committee.
