The present contempt petition alleges disobedience of the order dated 09.03.2015 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No. 151 of 2015.

Mr. Kurundkar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the authorities ought to have registered F.I.R.. However, they have not done so. This Court, in Criminal Writ Petition No. 151 of 2015, vide order dated 09.03.2015, allowed the said petition in terms of prayer clauses "C" and "D". However, still the respondent has not acted in adherence to the said order.

Mr. Nerlekar, learned APP submits that the application of the petitioner is disposed of. Written communication is also given to the petitioner on 22.09.2015 and details of action are also enumerated. The offences are registered as detailed in the affidavit in reply. 4.
We have considered the submissions. The present contempt petition alleges disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No. 151 of 2015. Vide order dated 09.03.2015, this Court had directed the Superintendent of Police to decide the application filed by the petitioner and so also vide prayer clause "D", it was also directed to reconsider the representation dated 15.09.2014. The same has been considered and necessary orders are passed. If the applicant is aggrieved by any such order, the applicant has remedy available under the law. 5.
As the order passed by this Court stands complied, the present Contempt Petition is disposed of. No costs.
