Heard Mr. Khizer Patel, learned counsel for the Applicant.

According to the learned counsel for the applicant, present respondent No. 1 has committed perjury while obtaining anticipatory bail from the learned trial Court and also he has filed certain documents before this Court which are false.

Present application is filed for seeking direction to the Registrar [Judicial] of this Court to make Complaint in writing against respondent No. 1 for necessary inquiry before the competent Court. This Court has already dismissed the application for cancellation of bail filed by the applicant. Therefore, no orders are necessary in the present application. 5.
