After hearing learned advocate for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for the State, when this Court expressed disinclination to allow the application, learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application. 2.
Leave granted. The application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

This court, by order dated 12.09.2023 while disposing of bail application No. 1048 of 2023, granted liberty to the applicant to file fresh application for bail, if the trial is not progressed within a period of six months. However, the direction to expedite the trial were not given. It is submitted that the applicant is behind bars since
ba1063.25 -203.10.2022. The trial court has observed in its order dated 5.5.2025 that till 10.3.2025 six witnesses are examined. 4.
Considering the aforesaid aspects, it would be proper to direct the trial court to conclude the trial as early as possible and in any case within a period of one year from today. Needless to mention that Session means once it is started it shall not be stopped. The trial court therefore, to proceed with the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the aforesaid period. It is clarified that if any other sessions case is expedited by the Hon'ble Supreme Court or by this court, the priority shall be given to those cases, if any, and thereafter, the sessions case, arising out of the present crime, shall be taken up for disposal.
