The learned counsel for the applicants submit that as the applicants were not knowing about the death of the respondents No. 3 and 4, the delay is caused. For the reasons stated in the applications, the delay is condoned. The proposed legal representatives of deceased respondents No. 3 and 4 be brought on record within a period of two weeks from the date of this order. .

Both the present applications are accordingly allowed and disposed of.
