On hearing the learned counsel for the applicant Shri Ghanekar for some time, Shri Ghanekar, sought permission to withdraw the application and sought liberty to make an application before the trial Court for bail, if the trial does not commence within a period of six months. Considering the pandemic situation created due to Covid-19 it is not likely that the trial will proceed within a period of six months. 2.

In view of this, application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to move the application before the trial Court if trial does not commence within a period of one year. Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
