Heard learned Counsel for the applicant for some time.

The learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application. However, he submits that the applicant is in jail in connection with present crime since 2016 and even though the prosecution has examined twelve witnesses before the trial Court, progress of the case is very slow. The learned Counsel submits that necessary directions may be given to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the case.
